Fingerboard Transgression is the outcome of years of research and experience as a Climber & Personal Trainer of Eva Lopez, in collaboration with more than 100 climbers of different levels andS4C. It has a 30mm jug at the top for warming up and 8 grimps of different depths rated as suitable for high specific and effective fingers training in Climbing and has been built to ensure reliability and validity in controlling the training load . For its design they had the help and support of Dafnis Fernandez, creating an advanced level Board with precision and unique features.
Fingerboard Transgression S4C is recommended for climbers: - Over 18 years old. - Initiated in finger suspensions exercise. - With over 3-4 years of systematic and continuous Climbing practice. - Medium/high finger stregth level (hold more than 15 seconds of the 10mm grimp) Use restrictions: - Beginners with less than 3 years of Climbing practice. - Climbers with low finger stregth level that do not meet the indicated test. - Injuries or recent illnesses that contraindicate at the present time, in recovery or intensive training isometric fingers on abrasive surface.
Fingerboard Transgression S4C includes finger Training Plan (english, spanish, german, italian, french or slovak) and installation guide. The Training Plan includes methods and schedules to successfully run the suspensions, warming up guidelines, to handle the load and prevent injuries. Contents are meant for users motivated to learn and with high stress capacity due to its complexity and depth. To choose your Board check potos.
